Driver's Permits
For your added convenience local Driver's Permits are issued by our Rental Agents at the time of the rental. US$5.00

Baby Seats
When travelling with small children, be sure be enquire about our large selection of baby seats available. US$5.75

Vehicle Makes & Models
Our vehicles are priced and booked by car category not by make or model. At the time of rental clients may receive the vehicle model shown or similar.

Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W)
An optional Collision Damage Waiver is available and is recommended.

If C.D.W. is declined, the hirer accepts full responsibility for all loss, damage, or loss of the vehicle caused by accident, fire or theft, regardless of who is at fault.

If C.D.W is accepted, responsibility for damages is reduced to US$125.00 providing the vehicle is operated in accordance with all conditions of our contract.  C.D.W. does not cover damage to tyres/rims/vehicle canvas tops or cigarette burns to upholstery.

CDW per Day US$11.50
CDW per Week US$57.50

Petrol
Each vehicle will be delivered with a 1/4 tank of petrol.  The cost by vehicle group is shown below.

    * Groups A & B  - US$15.00
    * Groups C & D  - US$20.00
    * Groups E & Over  - US$27.50

Extra Drivers per Day: $3.00

Terms & Conditions

Required For Rental

1. Original Drivers License from country of issue.
2. Cost Of Rental (Payable by Credit Card - VISA, AMEX or MASTER accepted or Cash with a Deposit).
3. Optional Collision Damage Waiver - C.D.W.
4. Local Drivers Permit is mandatory.
5. Other Additional Charges.

Other Conditions

Drivers
Hirer/Driver must be over 21 (Barbados) or 25 (St. Lucia) years of age and have been the holder of a driver's license for no less than two years. Persons over 70 years of age must supply a doctor's certificate.

Permits
A local permit is absolutely necessary, this can be issued by our representative. Please note that your original drivers' permit from your country of issue must be presented at the time of the rental.

Insurance
Insurance (CLICO General Insurance Co. Ltd.): - All vehicles are covered by insurance including US$15,000,000.00 liability for passengers and third party personal injury coverage.

Delivery
Delivery is free of charge to guests' hotel.

Airport Office
Drive-A-Matic's Airport office is located on the left as you exit the Arrivals Hall.  Clients should make their way to our office where our Rental Agent would be pleased to assist you.

The opening hours of our airport location are 7:00 am - 11:00 pm daily.  If your flight is delayed and arrives after 12:00 midnight,  please telephone our office at (246) 422-4000 after 8:00 am the following day to reschedule your delivery.

Other Charges
Gas / Extra Delivery / Baby Seats are additional charges that may be added to your bill.
