Conditions & Details
- Rates are quoted daily and are applicable for one to four persons in the two bedroom apartments and one to two persons in the one bedroom apartments
- Extra roll-away bed US $20 per night.
- All rates quoted in U.S. dollars.
- Rates are inclusive of 7.5% Value Added Tax.
- Rates inclusive of maid service twice weekly.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS
A deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of your accommodation is due within two weeks to secure a reservation.

FULL PAYMENT
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit Cards not accepted.

CANCELLATION

For cancellations

- more than 30 days prior to arrival - 95% refund.
- less than 30 days but more that 14 days prior to arrival - 75% refund.*
- less than 14 days prior to arrival - 50% refund.

If accommodation originally booked is rented during the period of your reservation, a 95% refund can be expected.

We recommend that our guests take out insurance coverage against the possibility of cancellation.

* Deposits and Pre-Payments may be made by interbank transfer or by cheque made out to Oleander Beach Apartments and mailed to the address above. Banking details provided on request.
