Located on lobby level of the Hilton Barbados Hotel, and adjacent to the Careenage Bar, this elegantly decorated restaurant, with its fine drapery, glass chandeliers and intimate lighting, offers a relaxing atmosphere for you to savour the delights from our à la carte menu. From fresh seafood and local delicacies to succulent meats grilled to perfection before your eyes on our in-room "Grille".

Careenage Bar
The Careenage Bar is the ideal place to meet friends for pre-dinner cocktails or an evening of live nightly entertainment while sampling our tasty selected bar snack menu. It is situated adjacent to the Hilton Barbados lobby area, on the main entry level of the hotel.

The nautical styled room was designed to reflect the history of the famous Careenage that led under "Indian Bridge" in the city now known as Bridgetown. With its beautiful teakwood floors and elegant fittings, the Careenage Bar overlooks both the infinity pool and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Commanding a panoramic view of the South Coast, the air-conditioned Careenage Bar is the ideal place to watch Barbados' magnificent sunsets.
