yrol Cot Heritage Village is the latest unique and historic site to be added to Barbados' rich collection of cultural heritage attractions. The former home of Sir Grantley Adams, first premier of the island, and of the young J.M.G.M. 'Tom' Adams, the second Prime Minister of Barbados, it is filled with the lifetime collection of the Adams' antique furniture and memorabilia. The Heritage Village is an inspired outdoor 'living museum' composed of attractive Chattel Houses, the creative folk architecture of old Barbados.
