he East Point Lighthouse, also known as Ragged Point Lighthouse has been in existence in Barbados since 1875. This white stone, conical tower is 97ft / 29.5m in height, with a black lantern and white gallery. Still operational, this lighthouse has a focal plane of 213ft / 65m and one white flash every 15 seconds. East Point Lighthouse is located at Ragged Point in the parish of St Philip. This location is the most easterly point of Barbados. The lighthouse tower is closed, but you can still have a close up view and take your photos.
