he Fitts Village is a small fishing village on the west coast of Barbados in the parish of St James. It got its name from Benjamin Thomas Fitt the original owner of the land. Fishing is still is evident today in this village with the fish market located at the neighbouring Paynes Bay.

In this village there are many rum shops and eateries as well as a beautiful beach for tranquillity and the Good Shepherd Church for spirituality.
