BARBADOS NORTH COAST BEACHES & BAYS

North Coast Beach list | Accommodations | Restaurants | Shopping | Points of Interest | Other Interest | Directions

At the North Coast Beaches of Barbados, you can find some of the most amazing cliff-top views of the Atlantic Ocean on the island.

This is another rugged coast and is known for its fascinating sceneries, huge waves and hidden Coves. The high waves and choppy waters are excellent for Surfing but very dangerous because of the rocky bottom and unpredictable currents.

Barbados' north coast is more rugged than the east coast but just as panoramic with more breathtaking views. It does not have much beach activity, accommodations or restaurants, but tends to attract persons sightseeing, on tours, hiking or picnicking because of its scenic spots and geographical features. Some of these features are jagged cliffs, sea caves as well as blow holes formed from huge powerful waves crashing against the cliffs. This coast offers great photo opportunities.

For your benefit we have provided a list from northwest to Northeast of Beaches on the north coast of Barbados with public access, as well as Directions, Activities, Amenities and more.

We have also provided a chart of Beach Amenities on the north coast for those who want a quick look at what each beach has to offer.

Why don't you rent-a-car or scooter and visit these awe-inspiring beaches on the north coast. Remember to pack your sunscreen.
